There is no option to purchase the pack.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have also tried by SMS and after getting the confirmation text - reply YES if I want the pack - nothing happens. I tried twice but my YES reply doesn’t work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You've left it too long. It's over 6 months &amp;amp; so your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When did you 1st switch your phone on recently? That text reminder was probably sent some time ago &amp;amp; was waiting for you to turn the phone on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
