For the pay as you go card, does the top-up balance count as the consumption record within 180 days? Or do you have to make a phone call or send a text message or buy a data package?

You need to make a chargeable call or text.

The action of topping-up itself counts as a chargeable action within the 180 days before going into hibernation, not the ongoing standing balance.

Hi I bought a bundle a few days ago now its all gone off & says I've got no credit but still 3 weeks left on my bundle
