Subscription pack not activating

Hi,

I have had a new SIM card and when I got it I purchased a subscription pack. I have tried accessing data, making a call and sending a text and it hasn't activated. I have also texted balance to 150 (as per another thread here).

Anyone know anything else I can try?

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I'm in the UK. I paid for the £15 subscription pack when I ordered the SIM and can see that as my pack in MyEE on the web but not in the MyEE app. This is the response I get from 150:

Your current balance as of today 17:23 is £0.00. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to MyEE. ee.co.uk/myee

Are you able to make calls?

Does anything report back different when you text BA to 150?

Hi, I've woken up this morning and it looks like it must have activated at some time during the night. Thanks for the help! 🙂
