What do you mean by send a package? You can't gift your data to a PAYG no. You may top up & credit their SIM with money if you like, from which they can buy data..

By using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is their mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
