Brought a top up voucher and I texted it and it said It went through but nothin seems to be working? I've waited 24 hours n it's still not working

Hey there you would be better ringing CS as no one on here as access to you’re account. If you ring them I’m sure they will be able to help you figure this out .

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
