Hi, how do I use a top up voucher from the shop to purchase a pack?Doesn't give the option online (card payments only) and I am unable to speak to customer service for advice. Option on phone again is to pay with card.

Have you tried texting ALL PACKS to 150?

You don't top-up with a top-up voucher using MyEE but by text.

Text 150 with VO then a space and then the 16-digit voucher number, e.g. VO 1234567891234567
