My £20 Subscription PAYG pack hasn’t automatically renewed despite having sufficient funds.

Please help!

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Ok, you've already topped up but it hasn't yet bought the pack. Sometimes it takes a few hours. You could wait or just text PACK20 t0 150 now.

This has been 8 hours and it still hasn’t renewed. I’m unable to call or use data. This cannot be right. I’ve never experienced this before.
