Pay as you go to contract

I have a pay as you go account with EE, I’ve just bought a contract with EE with a new phone. Can I use the old Sim and keep the same number in my new iphone? Do I also need to cancel my pay as you go standing order asap?

Hi @Jadeb

You'll need to port your PAYG SIM number out to another carrier. Then port it back onto your new SIM contract to replace your current number.

That's the case for pay monthly plans, but we have an internal process for pay as you go to pay monthly number transfers.
