I made the mistake of accidentally topping up £13.50 to my account, my intention was to top up £13.50 to the pack where i get data, calls and text but now all i have is £13.50 credit which has now dropped to £13.30. I'm worried

Topping-up & buying a pack are 2 separate actions. Topping-up just adds money to your PAYG credit & then you buy the pack from that credit.

Text the code for the pack you want, probably PACK10, to 150.

Hey, I topped up £15 instead of buying a pack and would like to use the credit to buy a £15 pack. How do I do this? There is no option.

@TazT1 : Topping-up & buying a pack are 2 separate actions. Topping-up just adds money to your PAYG credit & then you buy the pack from that credit.

Text PACK15 to 150 for the £15 pack.
