Cancelling a payg sim card

Hi Guys, I recently got a payg sim for one of my kids phones and topped it up with my card. They’ve now lost the phone. How do I cancel the SIM card so the phone can’t use that number and my debit card doesn’t get charged again. Any advise would be greatly appreciated thank you!

If you call us on 0800 079 8586 the team can block the SIM card and remove any recurring card payments that you have set up for the account.
