Christmas Extra Data Offer 2022

I'm looking at a new PAYG SIM but am confused:

- the webpage says the Xmas offer applies to the £20 pack only https://shop.ee.co.uk/sim-only/pay-as-you-go-phones

- whereas the terms and conditions state the offer also applies to the £10 and £15 packs https://ee.co.uk/content/dam/ee-help/help-pdfs/Final%20PAYG%20Winter%20Extra%20Data%20Terms%20v2.pdf

Which is correct or am I missing something?

Where does it say that it only applies to the £20 pack? I've had a look and can't see it.

Only the £20 pack has extra data showing - see attached screenshot. All the other packs show as normal.

The offer definitely applies to the £10 and £15 packs as per those terms and conditions that you mentioned. I'm not sure why the images aren't showing on the website though. I'll get that fed back to our web team.

It's very misleading for potential customers. I'll wait for it to be updated.

I applied for the free SIM card, having selected the £20 pack for 70GB of data.

However, when I try to purchase the £20 pack, it only shows 30GB of data instead.

I think that's right - the 40GB is added shortly after as a free boost.
