      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm currently using a mobile modem and ran out of data. I topped up with £20 (ee took that without a problem) but when I went to use it to buy data it's saying there's a problem and they're trying to sort it out. Anyone have any news on how long this may go on for, it's been several hours already and I'm a bit annoyed I've bought the top up but can't use it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Leanne, I agree, I’m having exactly same issue. Have topped up as normal but cannot buy data packs. 4G Wi-Fi PAYG. Have always bought data through add-on.ee.co.uk without problem, has a something changed in the last month from your side? This page either gives the Forbidden error or asks me to switch off my WiFi which I have never had to do before. This is through the EE app or through a browser like Safari.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yes. It says there's a problem which they're trying to fix. I don't think&lt;BR /&gt;this is true, the only way I've been able to spend my top up was to buy a&lt;BR /&gt;package! I'm grateful this is only a temporary situation as I look forward&lt;BR /&gt;to cancelling. The product is not living up to its promises at the time of&lt;BR /&gt;purchase</description>
