    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3250263"&gt;@tonypreedy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; This account issue is being noticed as there are a few users on here reporting the same issue. &amp;nbsp;It might be worth calling customer services and requesting an account reset. &amp;nbsp; This started to happen after EE did a lot of account maintenance and unfortunately there don’t know what accounts are effected by it until reported.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>PAYG credit has disappeared</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Logged onto my account and all my PAYG credit - data and voice - has disappeared. Says I have 0 of 0 for both. I've not used the large allowance I had. Anyone else had this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;MyEE is not reporting usage correctly at the mo'. Instead text AL to 150 to see your allowances. EE are supposed to be looking into it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes same here on both of my accounts. Annoyingly my son's renewed last night but he couldn't use data today and had to buy an add-on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
