Hi,

1. My friend use this link (https://ee.co.uk/pay-as-you-go-packs-refer) to order a PAYG, but there was not place to fill in my information until the card was sent out? How did EE know when referred her?

2. How do I check my refer a friend records?

My friend has ordered the card but hasn't received/paid anything yet.

The problem is that the link only allows them to fill in their address but there was no place to fill in the referrer's information.

Have you tried the link above? @Christopher_G

Instead of asking about how did I get the link, could you please simply supply us what is the correct link to referrer friends? @Christopher_G

No text, but I have a letter that mentions "SHAREE, SHARE £20"

But there was no instruction about how to do so.

Hi Leanne,

As I said, they haven't received the SIM cards yet so they cannot set up the SIM cards.

When I set up my card. I never received an email that asks who referred me. My friend and I have never seen such a referred program that requires you to fill in the referrer information after setting up a SIM card.

Do you have a referrer program? and am I using the correct link to invite a friend?

The link would have been on the letter to refer a friend and is correct @LLH88

This is available to existing pay as you go (PAYG) customers on £10 or more packs. Refer a friend and receive a £10 Amazon Gift Card each.

The friend must not already be an EE pay as you go customer, be over 18 years old and must purchase a £10 or more pay as you go pack. The voucher will be sent by email within seven days of the friend's purchase.

OK, if the link was correct then it needs improvement.

It is the most logical thing for a referral program: It should let people fill in directly who invited them either through a unique link or referral code or at least who is the referrer.

I just phoned the 150 and I was told that the link was not correct.

It has to be a unique link that is received from EE by text. Then my friend can use that link to order a card. The text could be sent out randomly so, at the moment, I am not eligible to refer a friend.

Yes, the correct link is given out by invitation, not by Google.
