Why does it say I will lose my boosts if I change from a £10 pack to a £15 pack??

On the FAQs moving from £10+ to £10+ doesn’t cause boosts to be wiped?

You shouldn't lose your boosts moving to this pack.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check.

I've upgraded the PAYG pack on one of my lines before now and my boosts remained.

I don't know if they stay or get wiped if you downgrade the pack.

EDIT: I've just downgraded a pack because I no longer need that much data. If you downgrade to the £5/250MB pack then you do lose your boosts. If you downgrade to the £10/5GB pack or greater then your boosts stay put.
