i was wondering if you can still use a voucher to top up as it only says you Top up online using a credit card

Yes you dial 150 and go to the top up option. After hours it will tell you to press 1 for automated services. I think 360 takes you straight to the top up service.

Make sure your sim is active if you haven't used your EE sim for a long time.

Also make sure you top up an amount enough to cover your pay as you go pack.

I need to top up from outside the UK, have a voucher but am a bit lost on how. Do I still try to call 360? Or ±44360

Where are you at the moment?

Can you try the below options for topping up with a voucher:

Text 150 with VO then a space and then the 16-digit voucher number

e.g VO 1234567891234567

Or, call 150 from your EE phone and follow the instructions

there is no way to top up your EE from abroad...especially after your pack expired and you have 0 credit

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Is it a brand new SIM card?

Are you in the UK or roaming?
