Hi EE, I have enough credit for pack to renewed today, but it won't renew, never happened before....can you contact me and so check my account? Thanks!

Which pack did you have?

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

@lubru Nobody with access to your account and the ability to help is on this user forum. All you can do is get in touch with customer services on 0800.079.8586 from a landline or on 150 from your mobile if you have 25p worth of credit left.
