@JohnBadger : Like all call plans it covers all UK 01, 02 & 03 landline nos. & all UK 07 mobile nos. as well as UK Freephone 0800 & 0808.

Thanks for your prompt reply. However, I was charged 40p for an 0330 number. Is this right?

No. Was it for a text? If so, what did the text contain?

Thanks for your time. It was a phone call to Santander Bank on 0330 123 0061. I checked my credit £3.65 before the call and after, which was £3.25 ie 40p less. Indicating that the number was not included in my plan.

A call can't cost 40p but an MMS does.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
