How do I get a subscription?

Hi all,

I just moved to UK and bought an EE sim-card from airport. I've already registered an EE account and my new number. My question is how do I get a subscription with my new number? When I try to shop new subscription pack, they will send another simcard (it means new number I think) but I want to use same number. What should I do?

Have you topped up or did it come with a top-up?

Having topped it up beforehand, Choose a pack in your online MyEE under Menu > Packs or text PACKnn to 150 where 'nn' is the £ price of the pack you want.

Probably it came with a top up. I paid 35£ for my current package for 60GB data and unlimited minutes and text messages.

When I login to MyEE, there is nothing called "Packs". In MyEE Mobile section, I have "Current Credit", "Current pack" which shows "system failure" at the moment, "Free boosts" and "Your allowances" parts. I think I cannot select one of the pay as you go subscription packs but I dont know why. Maybe its because I bought this one from info desk at the Heathrow airport.

Open up the Menu near top L. A menu slides out from the L.

When I click MyEE Mobile, that what I got. Then I click pay as you go and then it throws me here;

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

There, that confirms that you do have a £20 pack lasting until 1st Dec. Just start using it.

Looks like you paid the retailer £15 just for the honour of serving you.

It seems so 🙂 I had agreed to overpay when buying this package from the airport, so that's not a problem for me.

So what should I do after 1st Dec?

Assuming you want to continue with the same £20 pack, just top-up with at least £20 by then & the pack will auto reoccur.

So as far as I understand, I have £20 pack subscription and I should top-up at least £20 before 1st Dec in order to continue with this pack, right?
