      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I have recently topped up my account and trying to buy an addon or pack, but the online portal and app is not allowing me to do so.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you advise on how I can activate my account please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As it is not in EU, you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs/countries/australia" target="_blank"&gt;https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs/countries/australia&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; PAYG. You can't buy data directly from your credit. You will need to b&lt;SPAN&gt;uy data add-on when you land.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
