&lt;P&gt;You would need to speak to us to discuss any refund. Once the call is connected the team can make sure the pack and any recurring card payments for the pack are cancelled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to cancel my current pay as you go pack, but cannot call as am currently abroad, and my ee is not currently working. I have already paid for an extra month last month as I wasn’t able to cancel the pack and now am about to be charged for another. How can I cancel it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can only do this using the Text Service. If you can't use that you'll need to call CS.&amp;nbsp;Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
