Free Boosts

I have been collecting free boosts on my £1 a week pack for some years, but while the minutes and text boosts have been accepted, all the data boosts are listed as "pending", and I have run out of data after exhausting the 10Mb allowance. Why have none of the boosts actually allowed me to use extra data?

Welcome to the community.

The boosts should kick in when your data runs out. What does it say when you text BOOST to 150?

It says "Great news, you will get an extra 50 minutes, 50 texts and 250MB data every time you buy a pack ...."

I am already getting the extra minutes and extra texts, though I rarely use them, and an extra 25oMB data is exactly the 5 free data boosts I have asked for over time, but which are listed as "pending" at the moment. Maybe I will get them next week, but why didn't I gety them before? I was never told I had to text BOOST to activate them!

Are you able to use mobile data?

What response do you get if you text BALANCE to 150?
