New phone and sim order but wish to keep existing number

I have an existing EE number and sim deal .I have ordered a new phone and sim bundle from EE but wish to keep my existing number .How can I do this .I cant get throught to anyone

@Healer1969 Once you get the new device/sim you’ll have to call customer service to request your number to be migrated to the new sim.
