Hi, can someone please give me a step by step guide on how to add another mobile number to my online account. I have twin daughters both on ee but only one on the app. I'm using the mobile app. Thank you

@Kirstie81 Are these other devices on PAYG or contract? and are you on contract or PAYG ?

They are both pay as you go, im not with ee

@Kirstie81 : In your online MyEE: Menu > A/c Settings > Add an A/c.

I dont have this option on the mobile app or am I just thick lol

Don't use the the app but your online MyEE, as I guided you.
