Hello I’ve got a pay and go sim but no text or calls seems to be working whiles am aboard it won’t allow me to ring ee to ask them to sort it over the phone any help?

Did you use the SIM card to make a call or send a text in the UK on the EE network before travelling abroad?

Have you made sure that you have enough credit on your account to make a call and send text?

What number are you using to ring EE? You would need an international number, but if you have Skype, there is a free number to ring:
