How do I lift the spend cap on my we. It’s really not that straight forward and I cannot use my phone abroad

Welcome to the community.

You can either log in to My EE and go to Settings > Manage plan > Spend cap or text SPEND CAP to 150 and follow the instructions.

You don't have a spend cap on PAYG.

PAYG is auto enabled for roaming as long as you've used it in the UK previously. You won't see any of those settings & don't need to change anything. If outside EU, do you have enough credit for making calls & texts from abroad?

Is roaming turned on in your My EE Account?

Do you have a signal on the phone?
