Hello I currently have pack £20 which last for 30 days but I finished my data and would I like to renew my pack early with my £20 credit and it’s not allowing me. Please could anyone help I alway have the credit just need to renew the pack

Buy the pack 1st by texting PACK20 to 150 & then text NOW to 150 to get it to start immediately.

Are you trying to buy the pack buy texting the code to 150? What is it replying?

Do you have your EE online account setup and if so can you login to the website or app to purchase a pack?
