    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a new EE Pay as You Go&amp;nbsp; customer currently without a pack. I am trying subscribe to the new 15 pounds pack but I am unable to do so either by SMS 150 or through the website where I set up an account. On SMS 150 once I message Yes I never hear back. On my online account it's been telling me under "current pack":&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;System failure&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are currently experiencing difficulties loading this information, please try again later&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has been going on for two days. Id appreciate help on this before I am forced to go to a different provider. Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
