Please can you tell me how I can pay for my pack using the credit I topped up? I don't want to pay for it with a card payment.

Using your app is probably the worst experience I've had using a phone. How a phone company can have such a poor app is shocking

Have you tried selecting a pack already?

If you have, can you text NOW to 150 to start it?

Have you registered to pay for your packs with an auto direct card payment? If so, you can stop it by texting STOP REC to 150.
