Hi so i have gambled quite a lot using pay by mobile and randomly the site has refunded 215 but to my mobile credit i cant find any option to refund and cant get hold of ee does anyone know of a way to get this returned to my bank

PAYG credit is not refundable or transferable, except for the 1st unspent top-up.

PAYG is not the right platform to fund gambling.

So i have to spend 215 credit because they put it on there instead of on my bank card

Many gambling joints won't take credit cards or the credit card provider charges gambling bets as cash advances. They prefer debit cards as the only way to be sure they'll be paid.

I also had a debit card on their site but they refunded all of my deposits back to my payg credit as that was the payment method I used. Is there anyway of having this put back into my account as it is £215 just sitting in my credit that I am not going to use
