Basically this is my number XXX XXXX XXXXXX I top up 40 pound pay as you go wen I was in the uk now am roaming and I can’t make any calls or have data wen I try to to call anybody it says calls this number are barred

All numbers even the ee customer service number and I am not in the uk I am roaming

Hi @Ahmedali241,

Did you use your SIM in the UK before you travelled?

To activate a new SIM, you need to make a call, send a text or use mobile data on the EE network in the UK.
