      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have EE pay as you go and for years the line has worked fine abroad, now not able to make or receive phone calls or text messages while in Spain, my account shows over £5 of credit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any reason why???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes getting signal, connected to Yoigo, no other manual settings will connect to their networks such as Vodafone/Orange etc...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am just reading one of your posts &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/142884"&gt;@Chris_B&lt;/a&gt; that if you haven't used the sim in X number of months it could have been blocked... this could be the case (oh crumbs) its used for banking of the father in laws accounts.... what can I do???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your PAYG SIM could have gone into hibernation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When did you last use it for a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
