Can you please inform: "How much is the call rate per minute calls from Italy towards uk ?

EE number? and once the top up has been done how to activate the call options?

Voice mail messages cost? which number to dial from abroad to listen voicemails?

Hi @a_lis88

Welcome to the community.

If you're on pay as you go, calls to your voicemail and back to the UK are included with your active pack. You can check out of bundle call costs for Italy on our roaming tool.

What kind of phone are you using? Selecting to call your voicemail from your phone app should get you through to it. Otherwise, you can call +44 7953 222 222.

You need to use your phone in the UK to make a phone call or send a text message whilst in the UK before you go abroad. This activates it for Roaming.

On PAYG costs when roaming in EU are the same as when in UK calling other UK nos. You may use your usual UK allowances in the EU with up to 25 GB data per billing month if you have more.

PAYG is auto enabled for roaming as long as you've used it in the UK previously. You don't need to change anything.
