Hi there

I hope someone can help me out. I top up £15 my PAYG sim but now it doesn’t show how much data, minuet or text I have and I didn’t get my %10 off discount.

what am I suppose to do???

How did you top-up? You only get the 10% discount if you've set up a direct card payment.

After you topped-up did you buy a pack?

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I had direct debit setup but I don’t know how I bought £15 ? When I get the text it says I’ve got £15 credit but I don’t have any data . And I don’t know what do I have to do to get my things back

You don't pay for PAYG with a DD.

Please show me the full response from the AL text.
