EE Flex Data Add On

I have added £10 credit to my son's flex plan so he can get more data but I can't work out how to add more data - there doesn't seem to be an option to use this top up for anything so now I just have £10 sat there.

I texted ADD DATE to 150 but they asked me to add credit card details, which I don't want to do because I have the top up there.

PLease can someone tell me how to do this?

If you visit add-on.ee.co.uk from the device, you can purchase a data add-on.

You don't top up a Flex Plan but must use the Card Payment service to pay for it. You can choose your Flex Plan & set up the Card Payment service in your or his online MyEE.

Add-ons can be paid from either the Card Payment service or from the credit. See what add-ons are available by texting ADDONS to 150.
