I'm unable to link my account for my 4GEE, WiFi mini, is this what's preventing me from being unable to top up online?

MyEE doesn't work for registering PAYG MBB devices or at least those with data SIMs. It stops at telling you to connect your device & login to it, but when you've done as instructed it doesn't have anywhere for you to say you've done it.

You may continue using your device but you just can't register it to MyEE.

Use Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no.
Go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from the device will tell you your usage.
Go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from the device to buy add-ons.

These should still work.

That was helpful, I messaged EE just now and they said it was a technical issue they were having.

Do you know why your links work for topping up but when I go there through MyEE myself they don't?

I think it is connected with the latest update of the MyEE app. I'm guessing that this update required some change to the main source online MyEE & that has introduced bugs into it. When you use my links you are not using the online MyEE or the app.

I just tried your links again and now I find they don't work. I'm wondering if EE has been selling 4Gee mini pay as you go devices knowing they can't be topped up online.

Yes, I've just noticed today that the Fast Top-up link goes into a flashing loop. It was OK yesterday. I've reported it.

One of your links took me to the My EE Anonymous Top Up page and it was working, I went there myself a moment ago and now it comes up error.

Try another browser. For me it fails on Firefox but works on Chrome & IE.
