No it does not help. I cannot top up from the phone because it has no credit. Going online says There's a problkem. Try again later.

Do you see the error message when trying to top up via My EE?

Have you tried My EE - Anonymous Top up?

@James_B : Another thing broken in last few days is your Fast Top-up link. It loops around flashing up "TOP UP". What's going on? The system is almost unworkable for PAYG users & EE is taking an inordinate time fixing it.

I'm not seeing the issue when opening the link via desktop Edge or Chrome mobile.

Which web browser are you using?

@James_B : OK. It fails on Firefox but works on Chrome & IE.
