Hello.

I use pay as you go during my trip.

Today I renew my sim to 10£ pack.

But I want to change it to 5£ pack.

So I text 150 Now.

Will My 10£ refund?

Because It is downgraded and I didn't use a data or something.

I changed my pack to 5£ but I wonder my 10£ is gonna refund.

If not, I lose my money and data.

So please refund my 10£.

Which pack is active and what is your current credit balance?

PAYG credit is not refundable or transferable, except for the 1st unspent top-up.

You've already bought your £10 pack before you bought the £5 pack & then replaced the £10 pack with it.
