Top up ee mini wifi router

How do I top up my 4g mini wifi router? It's run out so can't go through wifi option. I've tried the top up card it came with it doesn't work. I don't have a phone number or account number to enter. I am getting nowhere!!

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details. If you don't know its no. just text NUMBER to 150.

Even when it's run out of data you can still buy data from the add-on page over WiFi.

I don't have an ee phone number though. The same card didn't come with one.

All SIMs have a mobile no. Please do the NUMBER text I suggested.

Ok I've found the number and I managed to top up, thank you. But it still doesn't work. My phone and computer won't connect to to the WiFi. When I bought it, it was preloaded with 120GB. Do these not top up???

I'm now thinking I should have bought a NEW sim card for this mini router thing. One I can top up. Is that right?

What does http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi say about your data & credit status? Hide your mobile no.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

You don't need to buy a new SIM. You may always get a new data add-on when you run out.

Where do you find the mobile nr? When I bought the mini wifi it came with 30GB and a sim card. I have looked at all the packaging and cannot find a number anywhere? Super frustrating when it bombs out in the middle of a meeting. Not easy to work how to top up. When I call that 0800 nr it asks for a mobile nr......when I dont enter one it just ends the call.

@tracyjo99 : For your router's mobile no. either:

Look at top of http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see data & credit status.
If it is able to send texts, text NUMBER to 150.
Look in its System Settings for its MSISDN
