I have topped up via my ee using phone number £10 and it has come out my bank but has not registered on my account. I need my phone for the morning how can this be sorted?

Welcome to the community.

Could you text BALANCE to 150 and let us know what it says word for word please? It's possible that the top up paid for your pack immediately.
