Change to pay monthly sim only

Hi all. I’m on PAYG and have seen an offer on a third party site for a pay monthly sim. Would EE let me swap to this offer or be able to offer me something in this price range or is this not something they’d do? Many thanks.

You can do the switch from PAYG or Flex online by Switch to pay monthly and save & see if that plan is 1 on offer. Your existing PAYG credit will be carried over as credit towards your future bills. You keep your existing SIM & no. The plan on it is just switched to contract.

It's not working and I am loosing my marbles!!!

Have tried following this but it isn't loading anything it just keeps returning a blank page. Please advise as I am loosing my rag now!

@admjck : That comes from latching onto a 2 year-old thread. Things move on. Now follow How Do I Upgrade from Pay As You Go? to switch from PAYG to contract.
