I cannot get my mini Wi-Fi to link with my account and therefore top it up with data. I got somehow to put £30 on it last wk which didn’t actually give me data so had to go through multiple online conversations with EE to get it changed. How do I easily top my data up @

You can purchase data at add-on.ee.co.uk. You'll need to access the page on a device that is connected to you WiFi Mini.

MyEE doesn't work for registering PAYG MBB devices or at least those with data SIMs. It stops at telling you to connect your device & login to it, but when you've done as instructed it doesn't have anywhere for you to say you've done it.

You may continue using your device but you just can't register it to MyEE.

Use Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no.
Go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from the device will tell you your usage.
Go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from the device to buy add-ons.

These should still work.
