International pack -early renewal

I think my PAYG £15 international pack will run out before it is due to renew. Can I text NOW to renew it early ?

Yes, just text NOW to 150. Any remaining allowances of your old pack will be voided.

Thanks for the reply. I will try this, though when I delved a bit I could see this applied to some packs but not the International pack, and couldn't get a clear answer from the text chat with EE. As noted in my post I was aware of the opportunity to text NOW for most packs, but wasn't sure if anyone has tried this with the international pack. Thanks again for your thoughts all.

Just to say that texting NOW definitely doesn't work. The reason being this pack is no longer available as a current pack. Phoning 150, the agent tried to do this manually by deleting the pack and restarting, but as an old pack this created significant technical problems to add the pack back which took quite a while to resolve and had to go to the technical team. So for any one else with this now defunct pack.....

1) Texting NOW if you have this pack doesn't work

2) Deleting the pack and restarting it, means the agent has to make a special case for its reinstatement which can only be done by the technical team

3)The agent did manage to get the technical team to reinstate the pack, though with loss of boost minutes and pack boosts recorded, though this is not an issue for me (and anyway some free minutes were added back as a courtesy)

My guidance would be therefore, if you have this pack, don't try to renew it early, and pay for international calls through a relevant add on if these are still available, until the pack rolls over at the month end
