I am abroad and i can't top up

I have a problem. Currently am abroad and i have big issues to top up my pay and go EE sim card. I have a voucher code worth of £30. I also top up my account with £10 but i can't make any calls, receive or call to 360 to use the voucher code.

Any suggestions?

@morrimouth : Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
