Have done Change pack topup paid but old pack got renewed

Hi , I have just paid for a new pack via online link by choosing change pack topup but still old pack got renewed and remaining balance added as credit , I’m 100% sure I have done that correctly online by navigating through correct options but still EE ignored choosen pack and activated old pack that was due for renewal , pls advise how to switch the new pack by reversing what EE has done by mistake ?

@Rudra : How did you change pack? What to you mean by "change pack topup" & where do you see it? I don't see that anywhere. Post an image of the page asking for "change pack topup".
