      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the post, however, I am still having some trouble...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had a new PAYG SIM sent to me abroad. When I receive a call, it goes straight to voice mail and I get an sms about the missed call. I cannot make any calls as well it seems. I tried to follow your instructions regarding activating roaming on PAYG, but I cannot find the option for Parental Control and Data after clicking on Account Settings. Cann somebody help please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Those parental controls settings are only available for pay monthly customers. To activate a pay as you go SIM card for roaming, you have to make a call or send a text message from it within the UK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Without doing that first, the SIM will not work fully outside of the UK.&lt;/P&gt;
