Hello,

I have topped up my sim card online but when I log in into my account it says that i have zero minutes, 4g,etc...

Is there a reason for that? Do I need to activate my top up or can i use it immediately?

@ranndazr : You could buy a pay as you go pack with your credit.

Or you could use it for calls & texts but not data as normal PAYG at standard per-unit rates paid for out of your standing PAYG credit balance.
