pay as you go sim for in car Navigation system

Hi I have purchased a sim card from Argos for using as a wifi hot spot to enable my in car Sat Nav.

What I would Like to know is how do I activate the sim and pay for the plan. I understand it's got to go in a phone to activate it. Then how do I had data to it?

@Cleo_88587 Download the my EE app and you can add credit to purchase data from it. Or you can do this online via an account that you’ll need to setup.

@Cleo_88587 : It shouldn't need activating.

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Did you buy a phone SIM or a data SIM? A phone SIM will have a 30-day pack of allowances on it which will start when you top-up.
