I recently bought an iPhone and an EE Extra Data PAYG SIM from Argos. See photo showing all details. I should be able to buy 20GB for £10.

I’ve got the EE App and have topped up the SIM. However, the packs shown did not include the Argos pack. The only pack offered for £10 was the 5GB pack. So I’ve bought that.

But I want my Argos pack!!!! How do I get it?

All help greatly appreciated.

@RichardG66 Have you read all the paper work that came with this sim ?
Any issues with this then you need to go back to the point of sale.

Look in your Add-ons to see if the extra 15GB is there.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
