Canceling a recurring payment

I had difficulty finding how to do this on ee, however after looking on the community forum I found the answer .. STOP PAC text to 150. I did this and the reply was.. you haven't got one set up. I checked my account and it was still showing as active.

Solution: on the payment page where it shows the recurring payment details with your card, there is an 'or' option 'pay by top up'. Click this and it removes the recurring payment and says you are now paying by top up. 😀 And is updated on main page too in my ee

It's STOP REC to 150.

Yes, auto fill error, I missed it. Stop rec is what I sent.
